This is a gorgeous 1970's maxi dress in lightweight cotton. Super breathable, I would say semi-sheer, as it is unlined. Most likely handmade, although the maker did include a care tag. The bell sleeves are very dramatic! Ruffles on the ends of the sleeves. The ties on either side allow you to cinch the waist.
